SATANIC COUNTERFEITS
There are a number of satanic counterfeits exposed in the Bible. The most obvious is Lucifer, who is a
counterfeit of Christ. "How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut
down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!" (Is. 14:12). Lucifer is Satan manifested as an angel
of God, a bringer of light (spiritual truth) to the world. "Satan himself is transformed into an angel of
light." (2 Corr. 11:14). The true bringer of light (spiritual truth) is Christ. "Then spake Jesus again unto
them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth Me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have
the light of life." (John 8:12).

The fates of the Lucifer and Christ are opposite. Lucifer is cast out of heaven, "how art thou fallen from
heaven, O Lucifer...". Christ is raised into heaven. "And when he had spoken these things, while they
beheld, He was taken up; and a cloud received Him out of their sight. And while they looked steadfastly
toward heaven as He went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel; which also said, Ye men
of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into
heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen Him go into heaven." (Acts 1:9-11).

The scripture records that Satan also counterfeits God's righteous ministry, who are teaching the truth
of the Bible. "For such (Satan's ministry) are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves
into the apostles of Christ.  And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.
Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness;
whose end shall be according to their works." (2 Corr. 11:13-15). The end of God's righteous ministry is
eternal life, the end of Satan's ministry is the lake of fire. "And whosoever was not found written in the
book of life was cast into the lake of fire." (Rev. 20:15).

The "man of sin" of 2 Thessalonians is a counterfeit of Christ's King. "Let no man deceive you by any
means: for that day (of Christ's return) shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that
man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition (son of Satan); who opposeth and exalteth himself above all
that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself
that he is God." (2 Thess. 2:3,4). (For full information on the "man of sin," see No. 28, "The Great
Delusion.")

Christ's King humbles himself before God and follows instructions from God. "And the spirit of the Lord
shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might,
the spirit of
knowledge and of the fear of the Lord
; and shall make him of quick understanding in the fear of the
Lord: and
he shall not judge after the sight of his eyes, neither reprove after the hearing of his ears..."
(Is. 11:2,3). Christ's King not only fears God, he bases his judgments not on what he sees and hears, but
on instructions from God (who knows all).

Christ's King is given charge over God's temple on earth. "And the angel of the Lord protested unto
Joshua (the high priest), saying, thus saith the Lord of hosts; If thou wilt walk in My ways, and if thou wilt
keep My charge, then thou shalt also judge My house, and shalt also keep My courts, and I will give thee
places to walk among these that stand by. Hear now, O Joshua the high priest, thou, and thy fellows that
sit before thee: for they are men wondered at: for, behold, I will bring forth My servant the BRANCH."
(Zech. 3:6-8).

Joshua is both high priest and king. "Then take silver and gold, and
make crowns, and set them upon
the head of Joshua
the son of Josedech, the high priest; and speak unto him, saying, Thus speaketh the
Lord of hosts, saying, Behold the man whose name is The BRANCH; and he shall grow up out of his
place, and he shall build the temple of the Lord: even he shall build the temple of the Lord; and he shall
bear the glory, and shall sit and rule upon his throne; and he shall be a priest upon his throne... " (Zech.
6:11-13). This king, who is the high priest, has charge over the temple and its courts. Like the "man of
sin," he sits in the temple. His purpose however, is to do God's will rather than glorify himself. (For
more, see No. 41, "Christ's King.")

All the foregoing are very simple compared to the most fascinating counterfeit in the Bible, Mystery, the
Whore of Babylon and the fantastic beast she rides. "So he carried me away in the spirit into the
wilderness: and
I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having
seven heads and ten horns.
And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with
gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness
of her fornication: and upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE
MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH. And I saw the woman drunken with the blood
of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great
admiration." (Rev. 17:3-6).

There are actually two mysteries to solve, who is this woman and her beast, and who do she and her
beast counterfeit. The first question, who is the woman and her beast, was answered very throughly by
V. T. Houteff in his book "The Shepherd's Rod" and subsequent tracts. He did not answer the second
question, who do they counterfeit, because it was not timely in his day. Over twenty years after his
death, the scroll unrolled and revealed more of the secrets of the Bible, particularly the truth about the
Holy Family.  (See No. 22, "The Holy Family.") That revelation allowed the unmasking of the holy truths
hidden behind this counterfeit.

Here is what Houteff revealed about the woman and the scarlet colored beast that she sat on, which had
seven heads and ten horns. First, consider the woman.

""
The "woman" sits on the "waters," also on the "heads," and on the beast." (See Rev. 17:1, 3, 9.) As it
would be impossible for one person to sit on all three objects at one time, the prophetic symbols reveal
a spiritual fraud in three different periods. Thus John declares: "I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet
colored beast." Not upon the "waters", nor upon the "heads." Before he saw her, the angel said, The
woman "sitteth upon many waters." It was the angel also who added, "The seven heads are seven
mountains, on which the woman sitteth." (See Rev. 17:1, 9.) Thus, John saw her last exploit only (sit upon
the beast). Consequently, the symbol, sitting on the "waters" is her first act, according to the vision."

""Therefore, her first achievement ("sitting on the waters"), must have been in the past from the time
the prophetic symbol is revealed. Hence, the sitting on the heads becomes her second accomplishment,
and the sitting on the Beast is the last; at which time she is judged."

""As the Protestant churches are represented by the heads, she could not have sat on them before the
reformation, for they were not as yet in existence. As the heads upon which the "woman sits" are
unharmed, it is evident that the prophetic symbol is to meet its fulfillment some time after the deadly
wound of the leopard-like beast of Revelation 13:3, is healed (1929, see S. R. II p. 105,106).
The symbol,
sitting on the heads, denotes union of churches, for she sits on them.
"

""
The symbol of the "woman sitting on the beast," will meet its fulfillment when that religious federation
shall make an alliance with the powers of the world. Such an act would give the woman full control of the
entire beast, horns and heads -- the world.
At that time the following Scripture will meet its perfect
fulfillment: "And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in
their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or
the name of the beast." (Rev. 13:16, 17.)"

""Thus the symbol of the "woman" sitting on the "waters," represents the period before the reformation.
This was true during the period of papal supremacy, for at that time the papacy ruled the Roman world --
"peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues." Thus the "woman" sat on the "waters" during the
1260 prophetic years of Daniel 7:25, but she is yet to sit on the "heads," and on the "beast." Had she sat
on the non-descript beast instead of on the "waters," it would have been wrongly symbolized, for, the
"woman," by the tool of Catholicism, did not reign over all the world (beast), but over many "peoples,
and multitudes, and nations, and tongues" (many waters).
Therefore, the symbol, "sitting upon the
scarlet colored beast," denotes an international religio-political system.
"

""
How Long Has The Woman Been In Existence? This question may be answered by the following
Scriptures: "And I saw the woman drunk with the blood of saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of
Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration." (Rev. 17:6.) This could truly be said of the
Roman church, for, she persecuted the Christians and martyred them. Therefore, she is "drunk" with
their blood. True, the Roman church has had unlawful connection with the "woman"; was, and is drunk
with the wine of her fornication."

""
The "woman" did not originate with the Roman church, but rather she produced that church.
Therefore, we must trace her existence beyond the beginning of the papacy
. Revelation 18:24, throws
light upon the subject: "And in her was found the blood of the prophets, and of the saints, and of all that
were slain upon the earth."
The holy Word of God declares that the "woman" is guilty of the blood of the
martyrs in all ages. Therefore, the "woman" is drunk with the blood of Abel, and thus the blood of "all"
the martyrs is found in her; proving that Cain was her first client by presenting a counterfeit sacrifice
(false doctrine), and by slaying his brother.
"" (V. T. Houteff, "The Shepherd's Rod", Vol. 2, 1932, p. 121-
123).

To summarize: the woman is an evil spirit from the time of the death of Cain, if not before. She is the
guiding spirit that has produced false religion and as such must be a powerful ally of Satan. In V. T.
Houteff's day, the Christian world uniformly believed in three men in heaven, the Father, the Son, and
the Holy Ghost. Twenty two years after Houteff's death, Lois Roden was led through a vision to the
understanding that the Holy Spirit Mother was female. Toward the end of her ministry, she also taught
the Holy Ghost Daughter, and the fourfold "whole family in heaven." (Eph. 3:15, also see No. 22, "The
Holy Family.")

In the light of Lois Roden's message, it is easy to see that this evil woman is the counterfeit of the Holy
Ghost, the author of the prophetic scriptures. "For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man:
but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost." (2 Peter 1:21). Also, because the
unholy woman has slain the righteous, all the prophets and martyrs, she is a satanic judge. By contrast,
the Holy Ghost is a heaven sent judge. The Holy Ghost sustains the righteous, but is a death decree
upon the wicked who are led to blaspheme her. "And whosoever shall speak a word against the Son of
man, it shall be forgiven him: but unto him that blasphemeth against the Holy Ghost it shall not be
forgiven." (Luke 12:10).

In Houteff's time, there was no conception that the Holy Ghost and the Holy Spirit were female, let alone
separate persons. Nevertheless, Houteff contrasted the evil woman with the Holy Spirit.  ""
Any so called
Christian organization handing out false doctrines under an appearance of virtue, evidently is governed
by the power of the "woman."
The origin of all such fallacious teachings can be traced back into the
golden cup...
If all the churches at this present time were led by the Holy Spirit, there would be no
confusion among the so-called Christian sects.
As it would be impossible for all to be right while no two
believe alike, it is warrantable to say that those who are drinking the wine from the "cup of her
fornication," are not few, for Inspiration says: "And the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk
with the wine of her fornication." (Rev. 17:2, last part.)"" (Ibid, p. 121).
In conclusion, the evil woman of
Rev. 17, Mystery, Babylon the Great is a counterfeit of the Holy Ghost.

The seven heads that the woman sat on are also a counterfeit.
Here are a few of Houteff's comments.
""Rev. 17:9, "And here is the mind which hath wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which
the woman sitteth." All the heads being present on the beast, and the woman sitting on them, proves
that all seven "mountains" must be in existence at the same time. They cannot be consecutive for the
woman sits on them all, which denotes one great union of the heads by the medium of the woman. They
are called "mountains," as God's denomination is called "mountain," in Isaiah 2:2, and Micah 4:1. The
"mountain" (singular) is God's denomination, but the "mountains" (plural by both Isaiah and Micah) have
reference to the same denominations represented by the heads on the beast. Thus "the seven heads
are seven mountains."" (Ibid, p. 116).

""And upon her forehead was a name written, Mystery, Babylon the Great, the Mother of Harlots and
Abominations of the Earth." (Rev. 17:5.) The woman riding on the beast is the mother. The seven heads
on the beast are the symbols of her daughters (harlots). Catholicism is her first daughter in this symbol,
and as Protestantism sprang from Catholicism, then, apostate Protestantism in the multiplicity of sects,
are her daughters also. Or it may be said, the "woman" is the mother of Catholicism, and Catholicism is
the mother of Protestantism. Says the Revelator: "I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full
of names of blasphemy." (Rev. 17:3.) Thus the number of "heads," and "full of names," include all the
offshoots from Protestantism and Catholicism."" (Ibid, p. 123).

Houteff immediately continues by distancing the end time church that carries God's message from this
multitude of apostate churches. ""Had there been no mention made of being "full of names," more than
seven, and "scarlet," which denotes that God's people have been called out of it, therefore, "scarlet" --
skimmed -- under curse ready to perish, the Biblical number "seven heads," would have included those
who are carrying God's message... Therefore, it would have made no allowance for the church which
"keep the commandments of God, and the Faith of Jesus," and thus it would have contradicted the
following Scripture: "And the dragon was wroth with the woman [God's church], and went to make war
with the remnant of her seed [Israel the true -- the 144,000], which keep the commandments of God, and
have the testimony of Jesus Christ." (Rev. 12:17.)"" (Ibid, p. 123,124).

Further, Houteff interprets Isaiah 4:1 as a prophetic condemnation of the seven apostate churches.
""And upon his heads the name of blasphemy." That is, resistance of known truth, expression of defiant
impiety and irreverence towards God, or things held sacred -- mocking God's personality and authority.
The prophet Isaiah, looking forward to this time of wholesale deception, headed by so-called spiritual
guides, says: "And in that day seven women shall take hold of one man, saying, We will eat our own
bread, and wear our own apparel: only let us be called by thy name, to take away our reproach." (Isa. 4:
1.)"

""It is an admitted fact among Bible students that churches are symbolized by "women." Pure woman --
pure church, as in Jeremiah 6:2, Revelation 12:1; vile woman -- corrupt church, as in Revelation 17:4,5.
Isaiah says, there are "seven" women. The number comprises these same churches. They say, "We will
eat our own bread." That is, they want to have their own way; they care not for God's way (Word). "We
will wear our own apparel", that is, they want their own plans in preference to God's plans or His
righteousness. Thereby, they clothed themselves with self-righteousness. Their aim is to be called by
the one man's name; that is, by the name of Christ (Christians) to take away their reproach. People have
come to suppose they can do most anything under the guise of Christianity and get away with it. God will
let them continue their course until they, like Belshazzar, have passed the boundary line of divine
grace, and then He will call them to account."" (Ibid, p. 98).

I interpreted the same scripture as a description of the seven end time churches. A portion of "The
Seven Sisters Of Isaiah 4" follows:

""As part of the process that brings us to this wonderful situation of God dwelling among us, seven
women grasp one man. "And in that day seven women shall take hold of one man, saying, We will eat our
own bread, and wear our own apparel: only let us be called by thy name, to take away our reproach." (Is.
4:1)."

""The seven women take hold of one man, Christ. This is not the plastic Jesus (with a name meaning
beloved son of Zeus), who brings us the Sunday Sabbath, Christmas and Easter. This is Christ the Jew,
whose Hebrew name Yeshua means God's salvation. This is Christ who kept Passover, Pentecost,
Tabernacles, the New Moons and the Saturday Sabbath and all the Law. This is Christ the Lawgiver who
gave us the bread and the wine as the Emblems of His sacrifice. This is God's truth of Christ, not Satan's
counterfeit."

""The seven women are the seven end time churches. They take hold of Christ the Jew. They promise to
"eat our own bread." Bread is a symbol of the body of Christ, who was the Word of God. "And the Word
was made flesh and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as the only begotten of the
Father), full of grace and truth." (John 1:14). "Verily, verily, I say unto you, he that believeth on Me hath
everlasting life. I am that
bread of life." (John 6:47,48). Each church continues its historic emphasis on
the Word of God, they each "eat our own bread."

""The seven women promise to "wear our own apparel." The traditional form of services and priestly
garments in these churches will not change. They will, however, direct their worship to the one true God
and His Son, Christ, Yeshua the Jew. They will worship God exactly according to His instructions and the
instructions of His Son. They will keep God's Sabbath and God's Bible Feasts instead of Satan's Sunday,
Easter and Christmas."

""Because they will be walking in Christ's footsteps, keeping the Sabbath and Feasts that He did, they
will be called Christians in truth, "only let us be called by thy name, to take away our reproach." The
reproach of the Protestant churches was that they followed a man, the Pope, instead of God. When they
repent and reform, God will take away their reproach."" (For more, see No. 40, "The Seven Sisters Of
Isaiah 4.")

In conclusion, the seven heads of the beast are the satanic counterfeit of the seven God fearing, Bible
teaching end time churches. The woman who sits on the end time churches will be the Holy Ghost. The
world will vilify her as the Whore of Babylon. The end time churches themselves will be called
blasphemers. The evening news will create even more confusion because it will be the tool of the evil
woman. The only thing to do when the name calling starts is to study your Bible and do things God's way.

I know that the News Media will be the tool of the evil woman because she sits on the beast. Here is
what Houteff had to say about the horns of the beast.

""Now from the manifest similarity between the leopard-like beast and the scarlet-colored beast, one
should recognize that the latter is the image of the former, his deadly wound having been healed and
his horns uncrowned. The crownless horns of the latter show that he represents the world in a time in
which there are no crowned kings, but that instead the world is ruled by an ecclesiastical head -- the
woman that drives the beast."

""Moreover, the statement, "the ten horns...are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but
receive power as kings one hour with the beast" (Rev. 17:12), positively imports that the crowned
kingdoms of today, which emerged from fallen Rome, and which are represented by the crowned horns
of the leopard-like beast, will be uncrowned, dethroned."
""The crownless horns of the scarlet-colored beast, moreover, "have one mind," and "give their power
and strength unto the beast" (Rev. 17:13) while the woman "reigneth over the kings of the earth." Rev.
17:18."" (Ibid, "The World, Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow," p. 31,32). (Note that there are still kings and
kingdoms, but prophecy does not show their crowns because they have given the woman their power,
the woman "reigneth over the
kings of the earth.")

""And I saw," he says, "a woman sit upon a scarlet colored beast, full of names of blasphemy, having
seven heads and ten horns..." This symbol reveals that after the woman had sat on the "heads" (united
the churches) she also succeeded to sit on the beast. The beast is a symbol of the entire present world
-- both civil (ten horns) and religious (seven heads).
As the woman sitting on the heads denotes union
of churches, just so, sitting on the beast represents internationally the church and the state governed
by the same head (woman).
Therefore, (this is) an international system of religion and a combination of
church and state. In such a system the great men of earth will see a vision of settling the troubles of the
world, welding the people and the nations into a world-wide brotherhood, fulfilling by a medium of
religion..."" (Ibid, "The Shepherd's Rod", Vol. 2, 1932, p. 157).

The ten horns represent all the nations that turn their power over to the evil woman.
The ten horns are
the satanic counterfeit of the nations that turn their power over to Christ's King
. Here is an excerpt from
No. 43, "Zechariah 8, Calling The Christian Nations."

""Thus saith the Lord of hosts; In those days it shall come to pass, that ten men shall take hold out of all
languages of the nations, even shall take hold of the skirt of him that is a Jew, saying, We will go with
you: for we have heard that God is with you." (Zech. 8:23). Ten is a universal number, there is no
restriction on God's mercy. "The symbolical number "ten" denotes universality, just as do the ten toes of
Daniel 2, the ten horns of the other Bible beasts, and the ten virgins of Matthew 25." (V. T. Houteff,
Timely Greetings, Vol. 2, No. 16, 1947, p. 19)."

""The ten men are leaders, men in a position to make major decisions for their nations. The nations
speak a variety of languages, "ten men shall take hold out of all languages of the nations." The man they
take hold of is Christ the Jew, who kept the feast days of the Bible, "even shall take hold of the skirt of
him that is a Jew." The skirt of a man can either be his wife or his garment. "Cursed be he that lieth with
his father’s wife; because he uncovereth his father’s skirt." (Deut. 27:20)."

""The "skirts" of God, however, point to the Holy Ghost. "In the year that king Uzziah died I saw also the
Lord sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up, and His train (feminine trailing skirt ) filled the temple." (Is.
6:1). The abode of the Holy Ghost is the temple of God, "
His train filled the temple." As the slaughter of
Ezekiel 9 begins, the Holy Ghost, the Glory of God, is forced to leave Her abode in the temple. "And the
glory of the God of Israel was gone up from the cherub, whereupon (s)he was, to the threshold of the
house." (Ez. 9:3). The ten men grasp hold of Christ through His "skirt," the Holy Ghost. They can not
grasp Christ directly because He does not appear in person, but is represented by His King."

""The Holy Ghost appears in person to crown Christ's King. "Not by might, nor by power, but by My spirit,
saith the Lord of hosts. Who art thou, O great mountain? before Zerubbabel thou shalt become a plain:
and he shall bring forth the headstone thereof with shoutings, crying, Grace, grace unto it." (Zech. 4:
6,7). The great mountain is the perfected Christian church walking with God, "the mountain of the Lord’s
house (that) shall be established in the top of the mountains." (Is. 2:2). Zerubbabel means "born in
Babylon." Just as Christ was born among us, so the Holy Ghost is born among us. The church accepts
Her authority, "Who art thou, O great mountain? before Zerubbabel thou shalt become a plain (bow
down)." The question is asked, "Who art thou, O great mountain?" because those who don't accept Her
authority cease to be part of the end time church. She proclaims Christ's King, "(s)he shall bring forth
the headstone (Christ's King) thereof with shoutings, crying, Grace, grace unto it.""

""After the Holy Ghost proclaims Christ's King, these ten men lead the Christian nations into the
Kingdom of God. They band together and accept Christ as the arbitrator of their disputes, the final
authority on the justness of their laws, and the ruler over them."

""They have served Christ and they claim the reward Christ has promised to the nations that follow His
ways. "When the Son of man shall come in His glory, and all the holy angels with Him, then shall He sit
upon the throne of His glory: and before Him shall be gathered all nations: and He shall separate them
one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats: and He shall set the sheep on His
right hand, but the goats on the left. Then shall the King say unto them on His right hand, Come, ye
blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world." (Matt. 25:
31)."

""With the sounding of the seventh trumpet, men and angels will proclaim the Kingdom of God. "And the
seventh angel sounded (his trumpet); and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of
this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of His Christ; and He shall reign for ever and
ever." (Rev. 11:15)."" (For more, see No. 43, "Zechariah 8, Calling The Christian Nations.")

In conclusion, the ten horns on the scarlet colored beast are the satanic counterfeit of the Christian
nations that appoint Christ's King to rule over them. In doing so, since the Holy Ghost speaks for God
(who guides Christ's King), the ten nations accept the leadership of the Holy Ghost.
So the whole image
of the evil woman, and the seven heads and the seven horns is a satanic counterfeit of the Kingdom of
God that comes forth on the earth. When it is fully realized, the Kingdom of God will include Christ's King
and the Holy Ghost, the seven end time churches and at least ten nations.

I have left one counterfeit for last on the grounds that all Christians know it, Satan is a counterfeit of
God. This is Satan, not in the guise of Lucifer, but in the form of the red dragon of Revelation 12. "And
there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten
horns, and seven crowns upon his heads." (Rev. 12:3). The seven heads and ten horns mean exactly
what they did when they were on the scarlet colored beast. They denote dominion over the whole world,
both religious and civil authorities. That the horns are crowned means that Satan's dominion is
accomplished through civil authorities, who rule as kings over all men.

As Satan bragged to Christ: "And the devil, taking Him (Christ) up into an high mountain, shewed unto
Him
all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time. And the devil said unto Him, All this power will I
give thee, and the glory of them: for that is delivered unto me; and to whomsoever I will I give it.
" (Luke
4:5,6). With the fall of Adam and Eve, Satan took over the rule of the earth. (For more, see No. 15, "Know
Your Enemy.")

Satan's dominion continues until God ends it for a thousand years. "And I saw an angel come down from
heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand. And he laid hold on the
dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years, and cast him
into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no
more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season." (Rev.
20:1-3).

Then, Satan is judged and after the final judgment, God and Christ establish an everlasting dominion
over the earth. "And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where
the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever." (Rev. 20:
10). "And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away;
and there was no more sea. And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of
heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying,
Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people, and
God Himself shall be with them, and be their God." (Rev. 21:1-3).

As God is the Creator, it is right and just that He have dominion over the earth. In his guise as the red
dragon, having dominion over the earth, Satan is a counterfeit of God.

A CHART FROM V. T. HOUTEFF EXPLAINING THE BEASTS OF DANIEL AND THE REVELATION
