The seven last plagues account for the destruction of most of mankind. While the Holy Ghost was helping
me to understand the plagues in conjunction with the seven trumpets over the previous seven weeks, I
did not have any sense of overview. During that revelation, the word came to me one trumpet at a time.
This essay is intended to provide a sense of overview.
Before the plagues are poured out, they are given to us as a sign. In the scripture, the plagues are first
seen at the beginning of Rev. 15, before the rapture, and before the harpers sing before God's throne.
"And I saw another sign in heaven, great and marvellous, seven angels having the seven last plagues; for
in them is filled up the wrath of God. And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire: and them that
had gotten the victory over the beast, and over his image, and over his mark, and over the number of his
name, stand on the sea of glass, having the harps of God." (Rev. 15:1,2).
What do the signs mean? The sign of the first plague AIDS/HIV is a warning to the sodomites and
fornicators that their behavior can kill them. Note that this plague falls only on "the men which had the
mark of the beast, and upon them which worshipped his image." (Rev. 16:2). This plague is not supposed
to affect God's people, He expects us to be upright and honorable in our dealings with one another. Lying,
cheating, and catting around are not acceptable, "if they cannot contain, let them marry: for it is better to
marry than to burn." (1 Corr. 7:9).
The sign of the second plague is a warning that just going to church is not a guarantee of salvation. In the
judgment, the sea (the church) "became as the blood of a dead man; and every living soul died in the sea."
(Rev. 16:3). David Koresh's flock lived in a church. They were nevertheless destroyed as God began
Ezekiel 9, and Ezekiel 9, the judgment that starts at the house of God is continuous and progressive. It has
The sign of the third plague is a warning to ignore the strident accusations against God's Kingdom heard
in the main stream churches. Accepting this message will cut you off from Israel, God's flock, no matter
what your heritage, physical or spiritual Israel. Accepting that the Kingdom of God is ungodly is equivalent
to drinking blood, "the rivers and fountains of waters... became blood... Thou art righteous, O Lord... thou
hast given them blood to drink; for they are worthy." (Rev. 16:4-6). "Whatsoever soul it be that eateth any
manner of blood, even that soul shall be cut off from His people." (Lev. 7:27).
The sign of the fourth plague is a warning of the physical disasters which will accompany WWIII. "And men
were scorched with great heat..." (Rev. 16:9). The heat is the aftereffect of nuclear war as the bombs blast
much of the earth's upper atmosphere into space.
The sign of the fifth plague is a warning that WWIII is intended by God to destroy Satan's dominion. "And
the fifth angel poured out his vial upon the seat of the beast; and his kingdom was full of darkness; and
they gnawed their tongues for pain..." (Rev. 16:10). The seats of Satan's power are the legislatures and the
courthouses. The closer you are to a city, the more danger you are in.
The sign of the sixth plague is a warning of a worldwide satanic deception, as "the spirits of devils,
working miracles... go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle
of that great day of God Almighty." (Rev. 16:14). Meanwhile, Christ's King has come, quietly and stealthily.
"Behold, I come as a thief." (Rev. 16:15).
To hear Christ, you must ignore the great events of the day. "And he said, Go forth, and stand upon the
mount before the Lord. And, behold, the Lord passed by, and a great and strong wind (from the dragon,
Satan) rent the mountains (churches, denominations - see Is. 2:2), and brake in pieces the rocks (saints,
stones like Simon Peter, see John 1:42) before the Lord; but the Lord was not in the wind: and after the
wind an earthquake (from the beast, the One World Government, whose wars shake the earth); but the
Lord was not in the earthquake: and after the earthquake a fire (from the false prophet, pretender to the
Holy Ghost fire); but the Lord was not in the fire: and after the fire a still small voice (Christ's King)." (1
The sign of the seventh plague is a warning of Armageddon, the destruction of the world, Satan's empire.
God's Kingdom becomes the most powerful force on the planet. (See Rev. 16:16-21).
And now, here is a summary of the seven plagues. After the harpers finish singing "the song of Moses the
servant of God, and the song of the Lamb..." (Rev. 15:3), the seven angels are given vials containing the
wrath of God. "And after that I looked, and, behold, the temple of the tabernacle of the testimony in heaven
was opened: and the seven angels came out of the temple, having the seven plagues, clothed in pure and
white linen, and having their breasts girded with golden girdles. And one of the four beasts gave unto the
seven angels seven golden vials full of the wrath of God, who liveth for ever and ever." (Rev. 15:5-7). The
pouring out of the plagues begins in Revelation 16.
"And I heard a great voice out of the temple saying to the seven angels, Go your ways, and pour out the
vials of the wrath of God upon the earth. And the first went, and poured out his vial upon the earth; and
there fell a noisome and grievous sore upon the men which had the mark of the beast, and upon them
which worshipped his image." (Rev. 16:1,2).
The first plague is visible now, although it does not yet have the full wrath of God behind it. As you will
recall, the first plague was "a noisome (loudly discussed) and grievous sore upon the men which had the
mark of the beast, and upon them which worshipped his image." (Rev. 16:1,2). The first plague is AIDS and
other laboratory devised scourges. As of now, these horrors fall primarily on Africa, where malnutrition and
lack of hygiene magnify their effects.
When this plague is poured out, mixed with God's wrath, all of the earth, outside of God's kingdom, will
suffer malnutrition and poor hygiene. That the plague is world wide is proven by its falling on those "men
which had the mark of the beast, and upon them which worshipped his image." Men with the mark of the
beast came under condemnation during the third angel's message (from Houteff) and were tormented with
fire and brimstone in a world wide judgment, the Holocaust and WWII.
The first plague, AIDS/HIV, etc., left no footprint upon the earth until after Houteff's death in 1955.
(Scientists say stored blood samples from an American malaria research project carried out in the Congo in
1959 show one early AIDS/HIV infection.) Although the scourge is dire in Africa, it is not yet close to being a
world wide plague.
So it is with the plague associated with the second of the seven spirits of God, the second trumpet. Before
this plague is poured out in a vial of the wrath of God, it is merely the defilement of the Christian message
and the loss of eternal life for those who choose to abide in that defiled message.
This is the second plague. "And the second angel poured out his vial upon the sea; and it became as the
blood of a dead man; and every living soul died in the sea." (Rev. 16:3).
The sea is the Christian church. "They shall lift up their voice, they shall sing for the majesty of the Lord,
they shall cry aloud from the sea." (Is. 24:14). The sea represents the third of mankind that are now
When this plague is poured out with the wrath of God, there will be a resumption of the slaughter of
Ezekiel 9 affecting those churches that contain no saints. Ezekiel 9 forbids the slaughter angel to come
near any man with the mark of God. "Slay utterly old and young, both maids, and little children, and women:
but come not near any man upon whom is the mark; and begin at My sanctuary." (Ez. 9:6). More churches
which have become apostate (Babylon, symbol of greed and blasphemy, is fallen, is fallen, see Rev. 14:9;
18:1-3) and which have no saints among their members, will be destroyed.
This the third plague. "And the third angel poured out his vial upon the rivers and fountains of waters; and
they became blood. And I heard the angel of the waters say, Thou art righteous, O Lord, which art, and
wast, and shalt be, because thou hast judged thus. For they have shed the blood of saints and prophets,
and thou hast given them blood to drink; for they are worthy." (Rev. 16:4-6).
When this plague is poured out with the wrath of God, the saints who refuse to heed the call to come forth
from Babylon, are damned for staying in the apostate churches. "And I heard another voice from heaven,
saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her
plagues. For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities." (Rev. 18:4,5).
The message the members of apostate churches accept is the equivalent of drinking blood, the presence
of saints can no longer protect these churches from the slaughter of Ezekiel 9.
Here is the fourth plague scripture. "And the fourth angel poured out his vial upon the sun; and power was
given unto him to scorch men with fire. And men were scorched with great heat, and blasphemed the name
of God, which hath power over these plagues: and they repented not to give him glory." (Rev. 16:8,9).
This great heat ought to be the result of a nuclear war. "For it is the day of the Lord’s vengeance, and the
year of recompenses for the controversy of Zion. And the streams thereof shall be turned into pitch, and
the dust thereof into brimstone, and the land thereof shall become burning pitch." (Is. 34:8,9). There is
more below on the timing of the plagues.
The torment of those who persecute the people gathering God's Kingdom is described in the fifth plague.
This plague falls specifically and only on the murderous enemies of God's Kingdom.
"And the fifth angel poured out his vial upon the seat of the beast; and his kingdom was full of darkness;
and they gnawed their tongues for pain, and blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pains and
their sores, and repented not of their deeds." (Rev. 16:10,11).
This too should be a result of a nuclear war falling on the cities, where the minions of Satan base their
power. It is definitely a series of victorious battles as the hosts of God overthrow the satanists.
In the sixth plague, the plague angel pours out a vial of God's wrath upon the river Euphrates, and Christ
returns unannounced and clandestinely, "as a thief." Between them they lure the wicked of the world to
their destruction. Here is the sixth plague scripture.
"And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon the great river Euphrates; and the water thereof was dried
up, that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared. And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come
out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false
prophet. For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and
of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty. Behold, I come as a thief.
Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame. And
He gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon." (Rev. 16:12-16).
Christ's King comes, and with his ministry the judgment of the heathen begins. In a great drought, the
rivers of the Orient are dried up. This drought prepares the way for the great armies of the kings of the
east to mount a physical attack on the Holy City, Jerusalem, Israel. The kings of the east reject Christianity
and hate Christ. They are lured to Armageddon.
The final judgment of the living in the Christian church is finished in the time of the seventh plague. That
brings us to the scripture describing the seventh plague.
"And the seventh angel poured out his vial into the air; and there came a great voice out of the temple of
heaven, from the throne, saying, It is done. And there were voices, and thunders, and lightnings; and there
was a great earthquake, such as was not since men were upon the earth, so mighty an earthquake, and so
great. And the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell: and great Babylon
came in remembrance before God, to give unto her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of His wrath. And
every island fled away, and the mountains were not found. And there fell upon men a great hail out of
heaven, every stone about the weight of a talent: and men blasphemed God because of the plague of the
hail; for the plague thereof was exceeding great." (Rev. 16:17-21).
The description of the seventh plague includes a great earthquake, "such as was not since men were
upon the earth, so mighty an earthquake, and so great... And every island fled away, and the mountains
were not found." Combined with the hail, this strongly suggests the great and terrible day of the Lord's
vengeance. "For the day of vengeance is in Mine heart, and the year of My redeemed is come." (Is. 63:4).
This dissolution of the city into three parts is accomplished by righteous Protestants who keep the law, the
Sabbath and the feasts of God. They break away to form God's Kingdom. Catholics abhor this movement,
Spirituals are indifferent to it. (Protestants who choose to follow the Pope instead of the Bible are
considered Catholics in this division.)
The description of the seventh plague includes great hail. "And there fell upon men a great hail out of
heaven, every stone about the weight of a talent: and men blasphemed God because of the plague of the
hail; for the plague thereof was exceeding great."
Hail (frozen stones of water) is a symbol of the 144,000, living water stones. They come from God, "out of
heaven." Servants of Christ, they are each given a talent, a ministry in Christ, "every stone about the
weight of a talent." (See Matt. 25:14-30). They are fulfilling their ministry at the time of the seventh plague,
and their ministry, recruiting the 200,000,000 gospel workers of Rev. 9:9,16-19, is a torment to the wicked,
who curse God because of it.
The redeemed are the 144,000, living water hail stones. "And they sung as it were a new song before the
throne, and before the four beasts, and the elders: and no man could learn that song but the hundred and
forty and four thousand, which were redeemed from the earth. These are they which were not defiled with
women; for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth. These were
redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb." (Rev. 14:3,4).
In the time of the seventh plague, there is an earthquake which shifts the islands and mountains from their
places on our maps, this is the result of a nuclear war. At this time, God's judges the religious, economic
and political cabal that rules the world, Babylon, and destroys her sovereignty. After these things, the
144,000 are free to carry out their mission to the earth.
The timing of the plagues is, of course, of great interest. The scriptures quoted above clearly show that
they come after the rapture. (See Rev. 15.) With this article, they have been seen as signs. Since God's
prophecies have generally been understood shortly before they are fulfilled, the rapture should be soon.
There are types (patterns of events which are prophetic of future events) which suggest that the plagues
might be delayed. One of these is the seven fat years and seven lean years which occurred during
Joseph's sojourn in Egypt. Pharaoh dreamed of seven fat cows that were eaten by the seven lean cows
that followed them. Then he dreamed of seven fat ears of corn on one stalk, followed by seven thin ears
that devoured them. Joseph explained to Pharaoh that the seven fat cows and ears were seven good
years, and the seven thin cows and ears were seven famine years which followed.
In Christ's time, the harvest of Judah began with a seven year period, three and one half years before
Christ's crucifixion and three and one half years after. An enlightening pattern emerges if we calculate
Christ's age at the time His ministry began, and we can see that the total years of harvest in the Christian
church after the rapture might be seven years instead of three and a half.
Christ was about thirty at the time of his baptism. "Now when all the people were baptized, it came to pass,
that Jesus also being baptized, and praying, the heaven was opened, and the Holy Ghost descended in a
bodily shape like a dove upon him, and a voice came from heaven, which said, Thou art My beloved Son; in
thee I am well pleased. And Jesus himself began to be about thirty years of age..." (Luke 3:21-23).
The end of the exclusive ministry to Judah, seven years, was thirty-seven years after Christ's birth. The
destruction of Jerusalem was seventy years after His birth. Simple subtraction gives us thirty-three years
between these events. These numbers, seven and thirty-three, correspond to the number of days of the
purification for a boy baby. The principle relating days to years in prophecy is found in Ez. 4:6. "I have
appointed thee each day for a year."
Those of Judah who followed Christ were purified and taken out of Judah before Jerusalem was destroyed
seventy years after Christ's birth. In effect, the first church was purified in seven years and thirty-three
Because the tribes of Israel were a male dominated, patriarchal society, it is easy to envision the
purification of Judah, Christ's tribe, as corresponding to the purification of a man child. All of the Apostles
were men. But the church is symbolized as a woman in prophecy, a holy church is a holy woman (see Rev.
12), an evil woman is symbolized by an unclean woman, for example, Mystery, Babylon the Great (see Rev.
17). And the purification for a woman child is twice as long as that of a man child.
"Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, If a woman have conceived seed, and born a man child: then
she shall be unclean seven days; according to the days of the separation for her infirmity shall she be
unclean. And she shall then continue in the blood of her purifying three and thirty days; she shall touch no
hallowed thing, nor come into the sanctuary, until the days of her purifying be fulfilled. But if she bear a
maid child, then she shall be unclean two weeks, as in her separation: and she shall continue in the blood
of her purifying threescore and six days." (Lev. 12:2,4,5).
Counted in days, the purification for a woman child was fourteen days, followed by sixty-six days. In years,
that would be fourteen years of exclusive ministry to the Christian church ("the days of the separation"),
followed by sixty-six years of ministry to both the Christian church and the rest of the world. In the midst of
the first fourteen years of exclusive ministry to the Christian church, the rapture and an outpouring of the
Holy Ghost would empower the gathering so that it proceeds swiftly to its conclusion in the Christian
church. Then the ministry would continue for sixty-six years to both the heathen and the Christian church,
presumably to the outpouring of the seventh plague.
Because the Holy Ghost has given me an understanding of the signs of the plagues, it would seem that all
revelations necessary for the rapture of the harpers have been made. (The "song of Moses the servant of
God, and the song of the Lamb" (Rev. 15:3) are revealed on this website, also, the judgments of God which
the harpers praise, judgments made manifest, are revealed here.)
I know this ministry is part of the seven years of harvest before the rapture, but I have no concept of
where we are in that early gathering because I rarely receive email to this website. (I always answer email.)
Indeed, in the nineteen years that I have mailed or handed out religious literature, I have received almost
no feedback. Only Satan, with his incessant attempts to kill me, convinces me that I am doing a good job.
There is another pattern that suggest that there are two nuclear wars in the seven last plagues, the
second and third fire that Elijah called down from heaven. The events that took place have a message for
those who would try to contain the Kingdom of God.
"And Ahaziah fell down through a lattice in his upper chamber that was in Samaria, and was sick: and he
sent messengers, and said unto them, Go, enquire of Baalzebub the god of Ekron whether I shall recover
of this disease. But the angel of the Lord said to Elijah the Tishbite, Arise, go up to meet the messengers
of the king of Samaria, and say unto them, Is it not because there is not a God in Israel, that ye go to
enquire of Baalzebub the god of Ekron? Now therefore thus saith the Lord, Thou shalt not come down from
that bed on which thou art gone up, but shalt surely die. And Elijah departed. And when the messengers
turned back unto him (King Ahaziah), he said unto them, Why are ye now turned back? And they said unto
him, There came a man up to meet us, and said unto us, Go, turn again unto the king that sent you, and say
unto him, Thus saith the Lord, Is it not because there is not a God in Israel, that thou sendest to enquire of
Baalzebub the god of Ekron? therefore thou shalt not come down from that bed on which thou art gone up,
but shalt surely die. And he said unto them, What manner of man was he which came up to meet you, and
told you these words? And they answered him, He was an hairy man, and girt with a girdle of leather about
his loins. And he said, It is Elijah the Tishbite. Then the king sent unto him a captain of fifty with his fifty.
And he went up to him: and, behold, he sat on the top of an hill. And he spake unto him, Thou man of God,
the king hath said, Come down. And Elijah answered and said to the captain of fifty, If I be a man of God,
then let fire come down from heaven, and consume thee and thy fifty. And there came down fire from
heaven, and consumed him and his fifty. Again also he sent unto him another captain of fifty with his fifty.
And he answered and said unto him, O man of God, thus hath the king said, Come down quickly. And Elijah
answered and said unto them, If I be a man of God, let fire come down from heaven, and consume thee and
thy fifty. And the fire of God came down from heaven, and consumed him and his fifty." (2 Kings 1:2-12).
King Ahaziah of Samaria did not like a message from God that he was going to die. In our time, the One
World Government hates the message that their dominion of the planet will be overthrown by God. King
Ahaziah sent an army after the messenger. Since 1953, those bringing this message have been under a
The destruction of the army of fifty to preserve Elijah's freedom is a symbol of the Jubilee. "And ye shall
hallow the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout all the land unto all the inhabitants thereof: it shall
be a jubile unto you; and ye shall return every man unto his possession, and ye shall return every man
unto his family." (Lev. 25:10). Fire coming down from heaven is a symbol of vastly destructive warfare. That
Elijah called fire down from heaven twice is a sign that there will be two nuclear wars against those who
thwart the Elijah message.
If you are concerned that actually fifty-one soldiers died when Elijah called fire down from heaven,
consider this. The fire that lit this message was the destructive fire that destroyed Koresh's church after a
standoff of fifty-one days. That fire freed this message.
Elijah called fire down from heaven three times. Elijah challenged the prophets of Baal to see whether Baal
or God could light an altar without help from men. Here is the first fire God sent at Elijah's request.
"And it came to pass at the time of the offering of the evening sacrifice, that Elijah the prophet came near,
and said, Lord God of Abraham, Isaac, and of Israel, let it be known this day that thou art God in Israel, and
that I am thy servant, and that I have done all these things at thy word. Hear me, O Lord, hear me, that this
people may know that thou art the Lord God, and that thou hast turned their heart back again. Then the fire
of the Lord fell, and consumed the burnt sacrifice, and the wood, and the stones, and the dust, and licked
up the water that was in the trench. And when all the people saw it, they fell on their faces: and they said,
The Lord, He is the God; the Lord, He is the God. And Elijah said unto them, Take the prophets of Baal; let
not one of them escape. And they took them: and Elijah brought them down to the brook Kishon, and slew
them there." (1 Kings 18:36-40).
One of the things the Elijah message does is cut off false prophets with an outpouring of Bible truth, Holy
Ghost fire. The fifty-one days of the standoff followed by the first fire connect the first fire with the fifty-
one soldiers who died in the two fires that Elijah called down from heaven to ensure his liberty. The
second and third fires each destroy "a captain of fifty with his fifty." Referring to one and fifty, instead of
fifty-one total, allows us to connect the destruction of the soldiers with the fifty year Jubilee which God has
The conclusion: somewhere in the seven plagues there are two nuclear wars which deliver God's
Kingdom. Some of you may remember that the four angels hold the winds until the 144,000 are sealed in
"And after these things I saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds
of the earth, that the wind should not blow on the earth, nor on the sea, nor on any tree. And I saw another
angel ascending from the east, having the seal of the living God: and he cried with a loud voice to the four
angels, to whom it was given to hurt the earth and the sea, saying, Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor
the trees, till we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads. And I heard the number of them
which were sealed: and there were sealed an hundred and forty and four thousand of all the tribes of the
children of Israel. " (Rev. 7:1-4).
The sealing of the 144,000 begins during the third trumpet as the Kingdom of God moves from the cities to
remote farms where they keep the Sabbath, the Daily and the feasts of God. Their ministry to the whole
world begins during the seventh plague, when they are seen by all men as living water stones, "a great
hail out of heaven, every stone about the weight of a talent." (Rev. 16:21).
Note that the 144,000 are sealed before they meet with the Lamb on Mount Zion. "And I looked, and, lo, a
Lamb stood on the mount Sion, and with him an hundred forty and four thousand, having his Father’s name
written in their foreheads." (Rev. 14:1). The continuation of Ezekiel 9, even to nuclear war is on the
horizon. Although I can not tell you when it will begin, both the trumpets and the plagues are destructive
judgments, and I would advise you to get out of God's way now, get far away from the cities. (See No. 56,
"The Third Trumpet" for instructions.)
