Most people rely on what they already know to discern spiritual truth. As a result, most people have very
little spiritual discernment. Centuries ago, while Christianity was in the clutches of a bloodthirsty church,
Satan overthrew parts of the spiritual truth of the Old Testament and substituted spiritual error.

Because of this spiritual error, Christ has given us a warning. "Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not
receive the kingdom of God as a little child shall in no wise enter therein." (Luke 18:17).

This can not be interpreted to mean that those who are not baptised while they are children won't be part
of God's Kingdom, because the great multitude gathered in the end time contains many non-Christians
who must be gathered as adults.

"After this I beheld, and, lo,
a great multitude, which no man could number, of ALL nations, and kindreds,
and people, and tongues
, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes
(redeemed), and palms (symbol of eternal life) in their hands..." (Rev. 7:9).

Receiving the Kingdom of God as a little child must mean that Christians and others, who wish to enter
therein, learn to think as little children think. Little children are meek and humble, they know how much
they don't know. Little children have no predetermined ideas, they are teachable. Little children are
profoundly willing to learn, their ability to thrive in the world depends on it.

Christ declares that it is absolutely necessary to be as a little child to enter the Kingdom of God. As He
said." Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child shall in no wise enter therein."
Because Satan has darkened much spiritual light, in order to receive the Kingdom of God, a person must
be meek and humble, teachable and eager to learn.

Both Satan's darkening of spiritual light and the restoration of the light are prophesied, and I'll discuss
that in a few paragraphs, but first here is the yardstick which God has given us to discern spiritual truth
in a world full of half-truths and outright lies.

"To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in
them." (Is. 8:20).

Light is spiritual truth. Christ was transfigured to show that He was a great light (see Matt. 17). He
compared His disciples to light. "Ye are the light of the world." (Matt. 5:14). So our spiritual yardstick tells
us that when people speak of spiritual matters, they must be in accord with "the law and ... the testimony"
if they are speaking the truth.

Regarding the testimony, the most profound testimony we have is the words of Christ. But the prophets
also foretold the spiritual truths that would come forth in the end time. In particular, the prophets
provided information to save God's people in time of trouble. Many of the prophesies of the Bible apply
to our time. A prophecy from the Book of Malachi, which is intended to save God's people in the end
time, is included below as part of the discussion of the Law of God.

The Law of God is found in the Old Testament. It includes commandments, statutes and judgments which
we are admonished by the prophet Malachi to remember
before God destroys the wicked with the seven
last plagues.

"For, behold, the day (of God's wrath) cometh, that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud (who love
their own opinions), yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day that cometh shall burn
them up, saith the Lord of hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch. But unto you that fear
My name shall the Sun (great blazing light of truth, Christ) of righteousness (perfect selflessness) arise
with healing (miracles) in His wings (symbol of His heavenly origin); and ye shall go forth (to teach your
fellow men), and grow up (in wisdom) as calves of the stall (surrounded by God's protection). And ye shall
tread down the wicked; for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet in the day that I shall do this,
saith the Lord of hosts.
Remember ye the law of Moses my servant, which I commanded unto him in
Horeb (where Moses restated the law, see Deut. 4) for all Israel,
with the statutes and judgments. Behold,
I will send you Elijah the prophet (a prophetic message calling for revival and reformation back to Bible
Truth) before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the Lord (when God destroys the wicked): and
he (one Elijah messenger after another) shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children (so that they
stay close to their children to raise them in righteousness), and the heart of the children to their fathers
(so that they pattern themselves after their righteous fathers), lest I come and smite the earth with a
curse (and destroy all living creatures)." (Mal. 4:1-6).

The darkening of spiritual truth by Satan's minions was prophesied by Daniel. "Thus he said, The fourth
beast shall be the fourth kingdom upon earth (the Roman Empire was the fourth kingdom, the first three
kingdoms were the Babylonian Empire, the Medo-Persian Empire and the Grecian Empire), which shall be
diverse from all kingdoms (because the Christian church came into being under Roman rule), and shall
devour the whole earth, and shall tread it down, and break it in pieces (the Roman Empire spawned
today's power elite who crush those who stand against them). And the ten horns out of this kingdom are
ten kings that shall arise (after the fall of the Roman Empire): and another shall rise after them (the Pope);
and he shall be diverse from the first (a religious rather than a secular ruler), and he shall subdue three
kings (establish primacy over kings). And he shall speak great words against the most High (claim to be
infallible when only God is infallible), and shall wear out the saints of the most High (with bloody
persecution), and think to change times (the Sabbath and the Feast Days) and laws (remove the
commandment against idols from God's ten commandments, see Exodus 20:4); and they shall be given
into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time." (Dan. 7:23-25).

The restoration of the Sabbath, the Feast Days and the full ten commandments is also a matter of
prophecy. "Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, that I will make
a new covenant with the house of
Israel, and with the house of Judah: not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the
day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which My covenant they brake,
although I was an husband unto them, saith the Lord: but
this shall be the covenant that I will make with
the house of Israel; After those days, saith the Lord, I will put My law in their inward parts, and write it in
their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be My people
. And they shall teach no more every man
his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for
they shall all know Me, from the
least of them unto the greatest of them
, saith the Lord: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember
their sin no more." (Jer. 31:31).

Modern researchers have traced the lost tribes of Israel into the gentile nations that became the
Christian nations. This fulfills several prophecies, the prophecy below particularly shows the restoration
of the Law of God as God gathers the lost tribes to return them to Israel.

"And say unto them, Thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I will take the children of Israel from among the
heathen, whither they be gone, and will gather them on every side, and bring them into their own land:
and I will make them one nation in the land upon the mountains of Israel; and one king shall be king to
them all: and they shall be no more two nations, neither shall they be divided into two kingdoms any more
at all: neither shall they defile themselves any more with their idols, nor with their detestable things, nor
with any of their transgressions: but I will save them out of all their dwellingplaces, wherein they have
sinned, and will cleanse them:
so shall they be My people, and I will be their God. And David My servant
(the Millennium King) shall be king over them; and they all shall have one shepherd (Christ): they shall
also walk in My judgments, and observe My statutes, and do them (Christians who now reverence only
eight or nine Commandments will keep the whole Law, except for the animal sacrifices and temple
offerings which were ended by Christ, see Daniel 9:27 - the seventh day Saturday Sabbath is a
commandment, see Exodus 20:8-11, and the Feast Days are "a statute for ever," see Leviticus 23
). And
they shall dwell in the land that I have given unto Jacob My servant, wherein your fathers have dwelt;
and they shall dwell therein, even they, and their children, and their children’s children for ever: and My
servant David shall be their prince for ever. Moreover
I will make a covenant of peace with them; it shall
be an everlasting covenant with them
: and I will place them, and multiply them, and will set My sanctuary
in the midst of them for evermore. My tabernacle also shall be with them: yea,
I will be their God, and they
shall be My people
." (Ez. 37:21-27).

The religious literature on this website is intended to bring the ministry of the Christian church and all
Bible Students into harmony with the Bible Law as amended by Christ. To accomplish this end, the wisest
people in the Christian church must measure new messages and also all they have been taught by the
yardstick of truth provided by God.

"To the law (of God) and to the testimony (of Christ and the prophets): if they speak not according to this
word, it is because there is no light (spiritual truth) in them." (Is. 8:20).
